Summary

Cornell University and NC State’s NC Choices program have collaborated to develop and support multiple tools for livestock farms marketing meat in direct-to-consumer channels. These tools and programs provide producers with the ability to capture the most value from their local meat products. The Cornell Meat Price Calculator and forthcoming MeatSuite Processor Directory are examples funded by ERME grants. We’ll showcase our exciting new curriculum and resources created for the MeatSuite.com platform and how producers are using them to increase their profitability.
