Agritourism: The core includes experiences and product sales taking place on working farms, ranches, vineyards and other agricultural operations. Peripheral tiers are related to agritourism but are often not part of the definition, such as off-farm events like farmers markets. Five overlapping categories of agritourism include education, direct sales, entertainment, lodging and outdoor recreation.
