Today we’re talking with Cole Bush, who founded Shepherdess Land and Livestock Company- a 100% woman-owned business that helps build climate and wildfire resilience through the use of prescribed grazing. In the four years since founding her business, Cole has experienced drought, wildfires, floods, earthquakes, a global pandemic, and even a hurricane… Name the disaster, and she’s gotten through it, literally forcing her to be resilient, or fail.
