Pork Managers' Perception of Labor Management Practices and Their Risks

Vera Bitsch and Nicole J Olynk ( 2007 )

Summary

This study provides empirical evidence of how agricultural labor management differs from labor management in other industries by targeting the pork industry with its growing farm sizes and labor specialization.
