As university budgets continue to tighten and faculty members are displaced, Extension faculty involved in risk management programming have had to look to colleagues in neighboring states for additional resources and support. This presentation will discuss the programs and results of the team assembled to provide risk management programming specific to Native Americans, women, and limited resource farmers and ranchers in Nevada and Utah. Specifically, we will address team development and coordination, designing a regional needs assessment and regional programming, applying and administering team funding, and overall impacts on program participants.
