There is no substitute for experience when it comes to farm transfer and succession planning. Each situation seems to offer unique challenges and lessons.
This session will share experiences my colleagues and I have gained over the past five years and facilitate co-learning from each other.
Methods, strategies, resources, obstacles, and lessons will be addressed in a way that participants can share their own highlights and learn from each other as well in addition to the presenter.
This will be an active learning session, come prepared to share your highlights, questions, and favorite resources!
