Summary
Benchmarking of financial performance for cotton producers is essential in the evaluation and implementation of strategies to improve financial returns for Texas cotton farmers. Data collected from over 250 Texas cotton producers who participated in the Texas Financial and Risk Management (FARM) Assistance Program was used to develop a Texas cotton production benchmark tool.
