The key to generational continuity is communication. This presentation will introduce a tool for Risk Management Educators to use with farmers and ranchers to provide a framework for discussing management and ownership continuity, shared ownership issues, etc.

Participants will come away with a process for how to use Inspired Questions in meetings, presentations and even on social media!

Remember, it isn´t critical that we have all the right answers, but it is important to have all the right questions.
