This presentation outlines the 4 Superhero Archetypes for transitioning business owners. (Based on an article I authored in Family Business Magazine) These archetypes allow individuals and professional to identify the tendencies and characteristics of transitioning business owners. It also offers specific instruction on how to help business owners with specific tendencies. The superheroes are:
1) Captain Immortal
2) Dr. Shhhh
3) Oblivious Man
4) Ms. Reality
This presentation has fun with superhero caricatures while diving into the difficult issues facing transitioning business owners. Each participant will leave with a better understanding of how to talk to, work with and plan for business owners with these different "superhero" tendencies.
