Summary

This project expands the still popular direct-to-consumer meat education to other livestock producers including goat, sheep and poultry who face different financial, legal, marketing, production and human risk. By employing a mobile slaughter unit we aim to provide demonstrations to producers across the state with a more niche livestock focus, increasing understanding of production risk.
