The Returning to the Farm seminar offered by the Beginning Farmer Center provides farm families with the skills and information necessary to develop a comprehensive farm family business succession plan.
The families utilize the critical path method of management to identify the necessary information and actions needed, who is responsible for obtaining the information or action, the timing and length of time for the action and when the information or action is needed before moving to the next step in the plan.
This presentation will highlight the subject covered and the sequence in which they are presented. Specific examples will be highlighted and the critical path method will be demonstrated.
