Summary
It is important for agriculture producers to understand the financial picture of their farming operation. Women Managing Farm Finances was created based on a request that women wanted to better understand their farm's financial health. We cover net worth statements, financial ratios, cash flow budgets, accrual income statements, farm income tax and farm accounting. This is a series of four sessions, each lasting three hours. The sessions are split between lecture and hands-on worksheets.
