Women farmers never have a dull moment. They constantly juggle their business demands with family commitments and personal time. At the same time, these women are encouraged to be a leader for agriculture and take on more leadership responsibilities at home. Where do you start? Where does it end?
This session will help you design a short, but effective way to approach leadership training. You will take away some easy to use leadership activities to help women farmers discover their personal strengths and identify areas for improvement. Your participants will leave your leadership workshop with some new tools that build confidence, ideas for encouraging employee productivity and knowing when and how to get involved in public policy.
